As the preferred mechanical contractor for the building, Denaeyer has taken on the task of a complete mechanical room overhaul at both 4 & 6 Willow. This project includes demolition and replacement of both hydronic and domestic boiler systems (provided by PK) in both buildings and a brand new make up air system at 4 Willow.
Not only is Denaeyer the mechanical contractors on site but has taken on the role of the general contractor for this project for the engineering firm DEI. This has Denaeyer in charge of every aspect of the project to insure a quality and timely install.
